Our warranty policy is thoughtfully crafted to ensure that your experience remains as vibrant and joy-filled as the day you made your initial purchase.
The fabrics that cover our products are guaranteed against sun exposure for 12-months from the delivery date, as long as it is kept under protective coverings or covers.
Our commitment to quality extends to our warranty, which covers defects in materials and manufacturing for 90-days from the date of delivery. The warranty covers in rips in seams and covers. Certain exclusions apply to our warranty, including misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural material discoloration, compression of EPS fill, or any other natural wear and tear. There are no fees to repair, replace, or return an item that is covered by our warranty.

Provide your order number and a brief description along with photos of the issue, and we'll guide you through the process. The 90-day warranty is only valid on products purchased directly from Casa Sol Outdoor Concep.

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received.

We offer refunds up to 7 days to your original payment method or exchanges for a sunnier alternative. The shipping costs for the collection and delivery of the new product will be the responsibility of the customer, not Casa Sol Outdoor Concept and the amounts will be charged in advance of delivery
